Bezpečnostní studie rizik při provedení varovného výstřelu ze služební zbraně

Abstract

The bachelor thesis focuses on safety analysis that is by law defined as "means of coercion" – warning shot. The aim of this thesis is to provide a complex view of using a warning shot from usual police weapon. Its theoretical part includes description of a warning shot as regarded by law, its basic physical principles of ballistics and another professional requirements that concern this theme. The practise part is focused on a safety analysis of individual methods that may result in a warning shot, which are to be applied in various exemplar situations resembling real situations. The analysis of risks is given in this part. On the base of a previous-made evaluation, the method with the lowest risk will be selected, regarding various conditions of application.
