Analýza finančního hospodaření firmy

Abstract

This thesis is focused on Analysis of the Financial Management of the construction Firm. Finance is one of the areas which are in the company continually monitored and should be effectively managed. The goal of this thesis is to evaluate financial health of company using selected methods of financial analysis and purpose-designed system of indicators, identifying strengths and weaknesses of the company in this area and recommendations for further procedures in the future. The first part of the thesis is focused on defining the basic foundations of Financial Management and the description of selected methods of financial analysis. Another part of this thesis describes the characteristics of the selected organization and the applied methodology of work. The last part of this thesis is devoted to the specific financial analysis. It also includes evaluation of the results of the analysis and finally with concrete proposals and recommendations for further development of the organization.
