Abstract
The thesis is focused on the possibility of mediation of employment and unemployment for the cities Olomouc and Přerov. The theoretical part defines concepts and rules. The practical part analyzes the mediation of employment and unemployment for selected cities and results of the questionnaire investigation are processed.
