Analýza vývoje trhu práce na Lounsku za období 2000-2009

Abstract

Tato práce si klade za cíl analyzovat trh práce v okresu Louny v období 2000 až 2009 na základě dat publikovaných resortem Ministerstva práce a sociálních věcí a Českým statistickým úřadem. Zaměřuje se na popis a rozdíl v metodikách měření základní charakteristiky trhu práce v České republice - míry nezaměstnanosti. Posuzuje vypovídající hodnotu měřených údajů, jejich spolehlivost a možnost využití pro cíle této práce. Analýze je podrobena charakteristika a struktura trhu práce v okresu Louny na straně poptávky i nabídky. Analyzován je podrobně vývoj trhu práce ve sledovaných letech a účinnost politiky zaměstnanosti, kterou aplikuje Ministerstvo práce a sociálních věcí prostřednictvím Úřadu práce Louny.

The aim of this thesis is to analyze the labour market in the district Louny during the period 2000 to 2009 on the basis of data published by the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs and by the Czech Statistical Office. It describes the differences in measurement methods of the basic characteristic of labour market in the Czech Republic - the unemployment rate. It assesses the interpretive value of the measured data, the reliability and recovery goals for the aim of this thesis. The characteristics and the structure of the labour market is analyzed in both - the demand and supply in the Louny district. Two aspects are analyzed in detail: the development of labour market in selected years and the effectiveness of employment policy, which applies the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs through the Labour Office in Louny.
