Analýza a komparace managementu florbalových klubů

Abstract

This bachelor thesis analyse and compares management of two floorball clubs, each from a different region of Czech Republic whilst participating in a different level of Czech Floorball League. The clubs are depicted from a historical, management and organisational point of view along with cost vs. income analysis. It also includes overview of the both clubs and expansive interviews with club's chairmans covering topic of sport's management. The conclusion of the thesis includes subchapter in which the subject matter data of both clubs is shown and compared in charts.
