Možnosti využití přístupu Six Sigma při plánování a zlepšování kvality u výrobce elektromotorů

Abstract

Bachelor thesis deals with Six Sigma philosophy, especially with planning and improving of quality by the Six Sigma approach. Thesis is divided into four sections. The introductory part presents us with theoretical solutions of Six Sigma approach. The second part looks into the analysis of current approaches to the planning and improving of quality at producer of electric motors. The third part focuses on identification of opportunities for improvement. The last part aims at the suggestion of using Six Sigma approach at the particular producer of electric motors.
