Analýza svarových spojů termočlánků na bázi slitin Nisil / Nicrosil

Abstract

This thesis deals with the welding of materials based on Nisil and Nicrosil, their physical properties and heat treatment is mentioned partially. In the theoretical part, it initially focuses on nickel itself, which is a fundamental pillar of nickel alloys and superalloys. In addition, it takes closer focus on the nickel superalloys themselves, the fracture characteristics and the influence of arc welding. The aim of the practical part of this work is the analysis of the thermocouple weld joints, evaluation of the decreasing strength of the welded joint in the tensile test and the SEM fractography analysis. This high temperature type N thermocouple is used to evaluate the rapid temperature change in the automobile exhaust systems.
