Abstract

This bachelor thesis aims to assess the incidence rate of employee burnout syndrome in a selected organization. Research methods such as questionnaire survey and correlation analysis are used to achieve this goal. Based on these findings, recommendations and suggestions have been formulated to help the management of the selected organization in reducing the incidence rate of burnout syndrome among its employees.
