Abstract

This diploma thesis focuses on the motivation system and the efficiency of work teams in the company Dolmens building s. r. o. The aim of this work is to analyze and subsequently evaluate the current state of the motivational system. The theoretical part defines the basic concepts of motivation theory. The practical part is devoted to the analysis of data obtained through questionnaires and semi-structured interviews. Furthermore, the work contains specific recommendations and proposals for improving motivation, which the company could use to optimize its motivational system and increase overall work efficiency.
