Abstract
The Bachelor thesis deals with management breakdown and financial analysis. Theory section of the work is focused on characterization of techniques and procedures of financial analysis. Hands-on part is focused on activity management of sport center ST SERVIS corporation. The management analysis of each center and financial analysis of corporation is provided. Based on the analysis proposals and suggestions are prepared. The goal is to improve management of the ST SERVIS s.r.o corporation.
