My bachelor thesis focuses above all on the Tempus IV programme and its basic characteristics, a description of its realization and a brief comparison of released information linked to the realisation.
My aim is to present how the European Union supports higher education and then creates a human capital able to compete. I deal with this programme supported by the European Commission in a great detail..
This project may provide some useful information to all people interested in these issues.
