Studie nového využití bývalého pivovaru v Hukvaldech

Abstract

Cílem diplomové práce je vypracovat návrh regenerace daného území a nové urbanistické řešení lokality v obci Hukvaldy, ve variantním řešení formou územní studie. Práce obsahuje tři varianty architektonicky-urbanistického návrhu zástavby území s ohledem na začlenění do stávající zástavby. Výsledkem diplomové práce je výběr nejvhodnější varianty, její podrobné rozpracování s rozdělením na průvodní a technickou zprávu, propočet nákladů a ekonomické návratnosti projektu.

The aim of the thesis is to develop a proposal for the regeneration of the area and new solutions to urban locations Hukvaldy with different solutions in the form of territorial studies. The work contains three variants of urban-architectural design of buildings with regard to the integration into existing buildings. The result of the thesis is to choose the best solution, the detailed elaboration of the division and the accompanying technical report, the calculation of costs and economic returns of the project.
