Abstract
The topic of my bachelor work is collective redundancies of employees. The first part of my work is theoretical . It is deal with description of legislation and its interpretation. The second part of my work is practical. It describes cases of collective redundancies in specific companies in Břeclavsko. These situations are compared with law.
