Lihovar a moštárna v Rusíně

Abstract

Úkolem bakalářské práce byl návrh Lihovaru a moštárny – průmyslové budovy v oblasti Osoblažsko, které se nachází na severním cípu moravskoslezského kraje, na hranici s Polskem a jedná se o území s nejvyšším počtem nezaměstnanosti v ČR. Cílem bylo nenarušit stávající krajinnou a vesnickou strukturu obce Rusín novým objektem a snížit i vysokou nezaměstnanost v oblasti. Vzniklý objekt využívá moderní technologie spolu s ekologickými materiály s ohledem na environmentální stopu, a tím nenarušuje krajinný ráz blízkého okolí. Maximální důraz byl kladen na výběr přírodních materiálů, jednoduchost, přehlednost a kompaktní rozměry a propojení exteriéru s interiérem. První část se zabývá architektonickou studií stavby, druhá část se věnuje pozemnímu stavitelství a ve třetí části je řešen architektonický detail kotvení vazníku do železobetonového základu a okapní části ve zkosené části vazníku.

The task of this thesis was the design distilleries and cider house - industrial buildings in Osoblažsko, which is located on the northern tip of the Moravian-Silesian region, on the border with Poland and is the area with the highest unemployment in the country. The goal was not to disturb the existing landscape and rural structure of the village Rusín new object and also reduce the high unemployment in the area. The resulting object uses modern technology along with eco-friendly materials with regard to its environmental footprint, and thus does not affect the landscape character of the surrounding area. Great emphasis was placed on selecting natural materials, simplicity, clarity and compact exterior dimensions and connections with the interior. The first part deals with an architectural study of construction, the second part is devoted to building ground and the third part is the architectural detail to anchor the truss reinforced concrete foundation and eaves of the tapered part of the truss.
