Abstract

The final thesis is dealing with the topic of analysis and implementation of the phone-order system, where the identification of caller is included. The basic functionality is the transfer of callers' phone number to the PC station. When the phone ringing the phone number is transferred to the computer (PC station) and than into the proper order system. The order system processes the information that is subsequently utilized by web application to perform phone order operation, based on customer-database identification of caller.
