Abstract

This diploma thesis deals with the making out a survey sketch for Dividing of the Land, Determination of the Extent Onus to part of the Land, Course by Owners of Specified Land Boundaries in the premises of ArcelorMittal Ostrava a.s. Plant 17 – Válcovny plechu F-M, in cadastral district Frýdek, for the purpose of registration of the proposed changes to the cadastre of real estate. The first part deals with the characteristics and history of the locality of interest, briefly the generally binding legal regulations related to the creation of the survey sketch, the purpose of drawing up and related concepts and the necessary documents for subsequent elaboration of the survey sketch. The second part is devoted to the actual measurement in the field and the subsequent processing of the survey sketch and the record of detailed measurement of changes.
