Hodnocení výkonnosti podniku v oboru kovovýroby

Abstract

The aim of this thesis is to evaluate the performance of the company ABC Ltd., which operates in the field of metal production, based on the use of selected methods. The theoretical part of the paper specifically discusses three methods. The first is the traditional approach to performance measurement, the financial analysis, consisting of extensive analysis and ratios, rating and bankrupt models and Du Pont ROE decomposition. Another chapter of this part deals with access to intra-corporate benchmarking and finally it is theoretically described the concept of Balanced Scorecard, which comprehensively evaluates the company and its product range. The practical part contains a financial analysis of the company ABC Ltd., in the next part comparison of the results of the two competing legal professionals and the end of this section is devoted to application of BSC on business conditions. Chapter results and proposals contains the findings of the analyzes of processed and in the end are the critical points that the management company has to deal with.
