Abstract

This thesis deals with the topic "The Contract for Work Focused on the Implementation and Defects of the Work" and is mainly based on legislation contained in the Commercial Code and the judicial decisions on this topic. The introductory chapter is to briefly describe the historical development of the work contract. The following section defines the contract for work and describes the location of the contractual relationship in the legal system, and discusses the form and requirements of the contract for work. Next are described the main aspects of this obligation. It is an analysis of the implementation, delivery and acceptance of the work. The most significant part is devoted to defects of the work and responsibilities arising from them.
