Analýza motivace a pracovní spokojenosti zaměstnanců ve vybrané společnosti

Abstract

Diplomová práce je zaměřena na zkoumání motivace a pracovní spokojenosti zaměstnanců ve vybrané společnosti. Cílem této práce je posoudit úroveň motivace a pracovní spokojenosti zaměstnanců a navrhnout doporučení ke zlepšení současného stavu. V první části práce jsou na základě poznatků získaných studiem odborné literatury popsány základní pojmy související s tématem práce. Druhá část práce obsahuje seznámení s organizací, ve které byl prováděn výzkum, analýzu současného stavu pomocí dotazníkového šetření, obsahové analýzy dokumentů a vlastních zkušeností autora práce. V závěru praktické části práce jsou zmíněny nalezené nedostatky a předloženy náměty ke zlepšení.

The thesis is focused on the analysis of employee motivation and job satisfaction in a selected company. The aim of the thesis is to evaluate the level of employee motivation and job satisfaction and suggest recommendations to improve the current state. The first part of the thesis covers theoretical concepts of the topic as described in the literature. The second part introduces the company, where the research was carried out, followed by the analysis of the current situation based on a survey among the employees, document analysis and experience of the thesis author. The practical part of the thesis is concluded by listing the shortcomings found during the analysis and making suggestions for improvement.
