Abstract

Building-technical survey of the historic building in Roudno, Bachelor thesis, Ostrava: FAST, VŠB-TUO, 2016, 58 pp. The aim of thesis is a Structural survey of historic building in the village Roudno, which is listed on the List of Cultural Monuments. Theoretical part deals with the symptoms, causes, sources of structural dampness and their negative impact on construction. The following are the basic types of survey and damp proofing treatment to reduce the structural dampness and salinity in the building. The practical part is focused on the structural survey of the selected building. The basis of the survey is the damp survey of the building, detection and identification of failures and defects throughout the building. The conclusion is devoted to overall evaluation of the state of the building and design of a possible solution of selected defects.
