Management rizik v podmínkách těžební společnosti

Abstract

Thesis is based on detection of risk factors in quarry THORSSEN Inc. It describes methods and helpful options that could be used to make process of the company more effective. Important and main step was to determine these risks. Ishikaw diagram, ‘What if’ and FMEA analysis were used to define the probability of their occurrence, their detectability, importance and their effect on the company itself. After performance of these analyses it was found out which risks influence the company significantly and it’s unnecessary to deal with them. In conclusion the results were evaluated and precautions were taken to minimize the risks to a tolerable level.
