Revitalizace a regenerace panelového sídliště Osvobození v městě Vyškově

Abstract

The Master’s Thesis try to find a solution to design the revitalization of the microdistrict ( a residential complex) to improve the contemporary condition of state of a microdistrict and its surroundings, both in terms of visual, functional and economical. The point is that a microdistrict should better serve to its users and gain even more pleasant appearance. A revitalization of the area deals with serious deficiencies and creates a preview of a microdistrict, which is to generate a full-fledged part of the urban environment. A microdistrict is enriched with new elements that contribute to a better lifestyle and improve living standards. The thesis contains a proposal of alternative solutions, which try to solve these problems, both in a microdistric, and in its surrounding area. The final version is designed to be a real way of revitalization and suggest public facilities such as pharmacy and retail building.
