Aplikace metody FMEA v TPM

Abstract

The diploma thesis is focused on the risk managing area in TPM with usage of FMEA method which leans on the standard CSN EN 60812. TPM is a maintenance management system based on a progressive approach through the organization and the diploma target is to evaluate the utilization of FMEA in TPM and define the application in the work experiences. The results from the summary follow that the FMEA application is an effective tool how to identify a potential risk which can have an influence not only on a product or a process but first of all on the human life. By using the method, the organization can reduce overall risk and continually improve systems and processes. However, it is necessary to focus on the recommended actions because not every action has to necessarily reduce the risk parameters for the risk priority number calculating.
