This thesis is focused on „Manufacturing Process Improvement for Automotive Supplier“ in company Brose CZ s. r. o. Theoretical part covers the basic term, methods from the field of quality. Next part explores the analysis of the selected process. There are proposed corrective and preventive action based on the discovered findings.
