The purpose of the bachelor essay is the work out cut a documentation of a project for a construction of an apartment house out Polešovice. One part of the project is the solution of the technological regulation concerning the ground works of the house. The technological regulation is focused an the way the ground works are make from the beganning of the preparatory work until the conclusion of the excavation of the ground. It is also directed at the use of the applicable technology, proposal for the number of machinery set up, the budget and the coordination of the all ground works. The apartment is of a rectangular design with a hipped roff. The house is supported by a brick Porotherm. A part of the house has a basement.
