Kateřina Stejskalová, Ph.D. The subject of this master’s thesis is the preparation of a project for the construction of a new administrative building in Petřkovice. The thesis includes project documentation at the level required for construction execution in accordance with Decree No. 131/2024 Coll., on Construction Documentation [1], including the completed architectural study. The work also contains a thermal-technical assessment of the exterior envelope structures in accordance with ČSN 73 0540-2 (2011) [2], an energy performance certificate of the building envelope in accordance with ČSN 73 0540-2 (2011) [2], and a structural analysis of the reinforced concrete ceiling slab. The project documentation concerns the construction of a new administrative building designed as a four-storey, non-basement structure. The building is intended for office use.
