Abstract

Diploma thesis is focused on preparation of project documentation for building permit and for construction of office building with floorspace. Property has rectangular floor plan with proportions of 24,3 m. x 31,9 m. It is a four-storey building with one underground and three aboveground floors. Building is designed in a skeletal system. Another integral part of thesis is the elaboration of technological process for the construction of green roof. Green roof is designed to ensure its maximum waterproof ability and durability. At the same time it meets all thermal technical requirements for the buildings.
