Návrh a realizace regulace hladiny a teploty vody pro soustavu vodní nádrže s volným odtokem

Abstract

Bachelor thesis is based on diploma thesis, which deals with level control. Even this work continues in this matter, but there will be added temperature control in its second part. Everything runs on laboratory, respectively training model „Water world”, which consists of added software PLC in control and regulation areas.

The fundamental theoretical part is focused on control loop and controllers. Subsequently it describes laboratory model „Water world”, which is located at training center of Ingeteam a.s. The practical part is focused on two types of control, as mentioned. The first part deals with level control with help of proportional valve, which appropriately defines water flow to the tank. The second part offers view over temperature control, which is realized by switching the flow heater. Level and temperature control will be appropriately displayed in visualization. The conclusion of this thesis contains valorisation of measured results and individual control methods.
