Jaroslav Solař, Ph.D The subject of the diploma thesis ‟ The shopping centre in Prague ‟ is construction project according to announcement No. 499/2006 Coll. on construction documentation. It is a detached three-storey building with two above-ground and one underground floor. The load-bearing system consists of a combination of load-bearing walls and columns with beam, which are based on foundation strips. The building is covered by a flat single-skin roof. The diploma thesis contains technical report for the construction part, drawing documentation, thermal and technical assessment of building, energy label of the building envelope and static calculation on reinforced concrete beam in the basement.
