Abstract

The aim of this work is to introduce hospital in Trebic from the view of the history, it´s progress and economic situation. The crucial section of this work is focused on the analysis of actual situation in this hospital. More precisely is elaborated the analysis of main suppliers for this hospital, their assessment and selection. Than is there described proper purchasing process and explained hospitals stores. In conclusion of this work are said suggestions and recommendations for hospital Trebic, which are emerged from preceding analysis.
