Návrh řešení statické dopravy a organizace dopravy v sídlišti Norská v Olomouci

Abstract

The aim of my thesis is to develop three outlines of static traffic solution and traffic arrangements within dense residental area Norská in Olomouc. Each design comes up with a layout of new parking and utility spaces (along with adjustment of the current situation), scheme of automated parking house with built-in parking systems, projects depicting new pedestrian walkways and relocation of a bicycle path leading to Globus shopping centre, and also plans of brand new roads along with reconstruction of already existing ones). All the variations take into account current traffic flows in the residental areas, and try to optimize them by constructing new one-way streets. Current state of the communications and bystanding buildings is also a highly relevant factor, and new paths and surfaces are to be built so that the extent of construction works is as small as possible. Present number of parking and utility places within the area and its surroundings is insufficient. This diploma thesis contains multi-criterial evaluation of all the layouts, and as its result, the most appropriate one will be chosen. According to this selection the most suitable is option C, which has been also further developer into a level of a full scale study. Number of pages with text is 101, number of drawings is 15.
