Struktura managementu Policie ČR v Mostě před reformou policie a po reformě

Abstract

V práci je popsána struktura managementu Policie ČR v Mostě před reformou policie tj. k 1.1.2009 a po reformě, s cílem vyhodnotit efektivitu manažerské činnosti. První část práce vysvětluje pojem Policie ČR, její činnost a význam ve společnosti. Následně jsou začleněny organizační struktury Policie ČR před reformou policie a po ní. Struktury jsou uvedeny chronologicky od Ministerstva vnitra České republiky, především se zaměřením na vrcholný management těchto složek, směrem dolů až k Územnímu odboru Policie ČR v Mostě, který je předmětem práce a podrobněji rozepsán. Jedním z důležitých bodů práce je srovnání managementu policie před a po reformě, kde jsou srovnány a popsány zásadní změny ve struktuře managementu s hodnocením efektivity manažerské činnosti. V závěru práce jsem uvedla své návrhy na zlepšení v činnosti managementu Policie ČR Územního odboru v Mostě.

The work describes the management structure of the Czech Police in Most before police reform i.e.1.1.2009 and after the reform in order to analyse the effectiveness of managerial activities. The first part explains the concept of Police of the Czech Republic , its activities and importance in society. Subsequently incorporated in the organizational structure of the Czech Police before and after the reform of the police. The structures are presented chronologically from the Ministry of Interior of the Czech Republic, in particular focusing on the top management of these elements, down to the territorial department of the Czech Police in Most, which is the subject of work and spelled out in more detail . One of the important points of the work is to compare the management of the Czech Police before and after the reform, which are compared and described major changes in the structure of management with the evaluation of effectiveness of managerial activities. At the end of work I have introduced my proposals for improvements in management of the Czech Police in territorial department Most.
