Abstract
This thesis deals with the analysis, design and implementation of application framework pertaining to the remote management of active network elements. The analysis focused on mapping the advantages and shortcomings of the current solution to remote management of network elements. Based on the described characteristics of existing solutions, it is proposed to improve the management of network elements. Consideration was mainly given to the future expansion of the application and presentation of the separation of applications designed to communicate with network elements. The implementation part is focused on creating a Web service, which offers via RPC to manage active network elements. To verify the functionality of web services was created web-based information system that demonstrates working with and managing Web service registered network elements.
