Abstract

The subject of this bachelor's thesis is the development of project documentation for the construction of a family house within the project "Terraced Houses with a Balcony Garden Concept". The building is designed in the municipal district of Slezská Ostrava. The basis for this work was an architectural study developed in the course Studio Design 1 during the second year of bachelor's studies, which was subsequently further refined in the course Studio Design 5. The aim of the design is to create a simple, rectangular house for a four-member household. The building has no basement and consists of three above-ground floors. It shares its southern side with the adjacent building. The bachelor's thesis includes a text part, consisting of the accompanying and technical reports of the proposed building, and a drawing part, in which the documentation is processed in the prescribed scope, supplemented by a specialization focused on architecture.
