Abstract

The subject of thesis is the implementation of public administration throught the public law contracts. The theoretical part is devoted to the organization and financing of public administration, further to the division and requisites of public law contracts. The practical part is focused on the development of public law contract in Czech republic, further to public law contracts valid in 2013 with the approval of the Ministry of Interior. Detailed analysis is performed according to set parameters of public law contracts valid in 2013 with the approval of the Regional Authority of the Olomouc Region.
