Abstract

The thesis deals with the assessment of criteria for restoring public lighting in towns and villages. The overall assessment is based on a multi-criteria decision based on processed sensitivity analysis. The introductory chapters are devoted to the basic parameters of the public lighting, the current condition of lighting systems including economic evaluation. Further I state main objectives of the restoration of public lighting, along with the conditions which are necessary for obtaining grants for revitalization. The conclusion of the theoretical part is closely linked to the practical part. There are described multicriteria methods and options in order to state the importance of the criteria. The practical part contains the analysis of individual criteria, which are an important indicator for the evaluation of the towns and villages seeking the grant. The processed data are based on a real project. I solved the given task in the program, which is designed for decision analysis.
