Komparace managementu sportovních klubů

Abstract

Tato diplomová práce se zaměřuje na komparací managementu dvou opavských mládežnických základen BK Opava, z.s. a SFC Opava, z.s. V teoretické části práce jsou definovány termíny, které jsou užity v práci. V praktické části jsou blíže popsány kluby, jejich financování, počty základen, jejich tvorba, nábor. V práci je použito několik metod výzkumu, zejména rozhovory se zástupci klubů, dotazníkové šetření s hráči klubu a jejich rodiči a SWOT analýzy klubů. Společnou silnou stránkou jsou historie klubu, naopak slabé stránky obou základen jsou nedostačující tréninkové plochy.

This thesis focuses on comparing the management of two youth academies in Opava, BK Opava, z.s. and SFC Opava, z.s. In the theoretical part of the work, the clubs, their financing the number of bases, their formaion, and recruitment are described in more detail. Several research methods are used in the work, especially interviews with club representatives, questionnaire surveys witch klub players and their parents, and SWOT analyzes of clubs. The common strength is the history of the club, on the other hand, the weaknesses of both bases are insufficient training areas.
