Hodnocení finanční výkonnosti vybraného podniku

Abstract

The aim of this thesis is to identify, assess and evaluate the financial performance of the selected construction company in the years 2009 - 2013 used by financial analysis, bankruptcy and rating models and economic value added. In the theoretical part is defined financial performance, approaches to measuring financial performance and selected methods used for assessing the financial level of the enterprise. In next chapters are presented the results achieved with the selected company. The third chapter include horizontal and vertical analysis of balance sheet and profit and loss statement and analysis of financial ratios. Further the financial health of the company is evaluated used by Beaver´s model, Altman´s model, Kralick´s model, solvency index and indices IN. In chapter four are quantified cost of capital used by constructional model and subsequently economic value added . In the end of this chapter is economic value added decomposed into partial effects used by functional method
