Analýza ukazatelů rentability společnosti ZNOVÍN ZNOJMO, a.s.

Abstract

The main goal of this bachelor thesis is profitability ratios analysis of the company ZNOVÍN ZNOJMO, a.s. during the period 2007 to 2011. The bachelor thesis is divided into five chapters. First, it is describes the methodology in which the concept of financial analysis is explained. Greater attention is paid especially to profitability indicators as well as to pyramidal systems of indicators. In another part presents basic characteristics of selected company. It also includes the horizontal and vertical analysis of balance sheet with profit and loss statement for monitored accounting periods. In the following section the company is evaluated using financial ratio analysis and pyramid decomposition ROE. For the variances analysis of partial factors the functional method is used. Then the company is evaluated using selected models for the prediction of financial crisis. In conclusion of the thesis is a comparison of profitability ratios with competing company as well as evaluation of overall financial results of the company.
