Koncepce odpadového hospodářství města Zábřeh na Moravě

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá odpadovým hospodářstvím města Zábřeh na Moravě. Cílem je analyzovat a následně zhodnotit, jak město Zábřeh hospodaří v oblasti odpadového hospodářství. K naplnění cíle je nutno nejprve přistoupit k důkladnému nastudování teoretické části a platné legislativy. Druhým krokem je samotná analýza odpadového hospodářství města Zábřehu, provedená komparací produkce odpadů a komparací příjmů a výdajů města na odpadové hospodářství v letech 2003 – 2007. Třetím krokem je nastudování cílů a jejich opatření uvedených v Plánu odpadového hospodářství města Zábřeh a zhodnocení jejich plnění. Výsledkem práce je konstatování, že město Zábřeh hospodaří v oblasti odpadového hospodářství účelně a efektivně, převážně díky dobrým výsledkům v oblasti třídění odpadů a projektu kompostování, který se má v brzké době ve městě realizovat.

This work discusses the waste management of the City of Zabreh na Morave. The objective is to analyze, assess and outline the way how the City of Zabreh manages the waste management. There is a necessity for the thorough study of the theory and the valid legislature first, in order to successfully accomplish the goal. The next step is the analysis of the waste management of Zabreh itself, which is done by comparison of the waste production and earnings and expenses on the waste management in years 2003 – 2007. The third step is the study of the objectives and their measures which are listed in the Plan of the waste management for the City of Zabreh and evaluate their fulfillment. The result of this work is statement that the City of Zabreh works in the area of waste management in a purposeful and efficient way, especially thanks to the good results in waste sorting and waste composting project which is to be realized in the city, soon.
