Abstract

The diploma thesis is focused on its goal „establishing the market value of the company CZ LOKO, a. s.“ using the DCF – entity method, EVA entity method and Capitalisation of Net Income method. The thesis is divided into four main parts. The first part contains of the definition of business, enterprise level values, standards of values, further describes the reason for the valuation and evaluation process. The second part focuses on the application of theoretical knowledge and consists of a financial plan, determine the average cost of capital, benchmarking with similar companies and of the valuation as itself. The third part is devoted to a comparison of the results and a sensitivity analysis. The last part contains the final summary and final recommendations.
