Abstract
The aim of the diploma thesis is to explain delivery conditions being used within international business and to describe their practical usage in big international company Teva Czech Industries s.r.o. This thesis deals with concrete part of INCOTERMS including its practical impact on purchaser.
Analytic part of the thesis explains the problem regarding the international operations including characteristic of Viennese Convention, its application and impact on international purchase contract. Description of delivery conditions of INCOTERMS, their development within the years and characteristics create the fundamental part of this thesis part.
