Abstract

The purpose of this thesis is the development of project documentation for the construction project of a multifunctional building , including technological methods of alternative solutions brick house. Option A addresses the implementation of the masonry POROTHERM. Option B deals with the implementation of the system YTONG masonry . The thesis also are scheduling , budget and site equipment. The building is located in the city Letohrad, located in the areas designated for construction trades and combined elements. This is a two-storey building multifunctional building . The supporting structure of the building is designed as a single-layer brick wall. Ceilings are designed from the joists and inserts. The roofing of the two-storey building is via a gabled roof. Roofing of single storey part of the hip using a flat roof. The aim of this study is to compare the two variants of the heat transfer coefficient , by price , then by the time of implementation and the total cost of construction. Building a technological part of the project was conducted in accordance with applicable standards and regulations.
