Abstract
This work addresses the issue of thickening of excess sludge in sewage treatment plants using Nový Jičín sludge thickening equipment. In the first half of the work will be described in the general principle of wastewater treatment, sludge treatment, sludge dewatering and sludge sanitation.
The second part will be described how the wastewater treatment plant (WWTP) sludge thickening Novy Jicin prior to installation of the sludge thickening and after installation. The practical part will be compared to the values before and after installation equipment on sludge thickening.
