Využití bezdrátové technologie WIFI v průmyslových provozech

Abstract

This dissertation examines the possibilty of using the wireless 802.11 (Wi-Fi) technology in heavy industry. The aim of this work is to test this techology directly inside underground mines and decide whether it is possible to use it for operating the machinery and collecting operational data. Task will be solved on designed network using personal computers and hardware by MicroTik. Parameters that affect transfer quality, especially Bit Error Rate, delay of packets in the network, Signal/Noise ratio, TX level and Rx/Tx CCQ, will be measured during testing.
