Odlévání kruhových ocelových ingotů

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá studií teorie výroby kruhových ocelových ingotů. Bakalářská práce je rozdělená na tři hlavní kapitoly. V první kapitole se bakalářská práce zabývá technologií odlévání ingotů, typům ingotů, metodám odlévání a také popisu základních částí licí soustavy. V druhé kapitole se bakalářská práce zabývá tuhnutím a krystalizací ocelových ingotů. Dále je věnována pozornost vadám, které jsou spojené s výrobou kruhových ingotů. Poslední třetí kapitola je věnovaná současným světovým poznatkům, které se věnují optimalizaci procesu odlévání kruhových ocelových ingotů.

The bachelor thesis deals with the study of the theory of the production of round steel ingots. The bachelor thesis is divided into three main chapters. In the first chapter, the bachelor thesis deals with the technology of ingot casting, types of ingots, casting methods and also the description of the basic parts of the casting system. In the second chapter, the bachelor thesis deals with the solidification and crystallization of steel ingots. Furthermore, attention is paid to the defects that are associated with the production of round ingots The last third chapter is devoted to the current world knowledge on optimization of the casting process of steel round ingots.
