Abstract
Through regional offices since 2002 announced annually in the sector subsidy programs. The analysis covered the structure, cost, length of financing and amount of subsidy programs provided subsidies. Work dealt with subsidies provided from the budget of the Region, which is regularly published in the sectors of regional development, environment and agriculture, transport, education, culture, health and social affairs. Circulation Procedures subsidies generally lasts three years, the selection and provision of subsidies are the Moravian-Silesian region of a uniform and binding rules. The aim of this study was to analyze the subsidies granted to NGOs from the budget of MSK.
