Abstract
The subject of this bachelor thesis is the architectural design and documentation for later implementation of an apartment building in Opava - Kylešovice on plot number 2745 / 1. The bachelor thesis consists of two parts: The first part deals with the study include the history of the construction of urban area, surrounding the analysis and own study of buildings. The second part includes documentation for building consisting of architectonics - construction of the building, and specialize in the field of architecture and design Ventilated wooden facade.
