The subject of this bachelor´s thesis is the development of project documentation for the
apartment building located in the city of Hlučín. The bachelor´s thesis includes project
documentation for construction implementation.
The bachelor´s thesis consists of a technical report and a drawing section. The thesis also
includes a thermal assessment of the roof structure and a static calculation of two selected units.
The apartment building is intented for permanent housing. It is designed as a fully
basemented building with three above-ground floors.
