Likvidace majetkových a odpovědnostních škod pojištění podnikatelů

Abstract

The aim of the thesis is to explain and evaluate not too extensive legal regulation of adjustment of property and liability claims in business insurance compared to own regulation of insurance terms and then indicate sense of insurance fraud detection related with the claims adjustment. In the thesis are used methods of analysis, synthesis, comparison and discussion. In theoretical part is firstly explained connection of risk implementation with claims occurrence and subsequent adjustment including its regulation. It is also clarified the issue of property and liability business insurance together with indicating those kinds that are most commonly used by business entities. With adjustment is also related the risk of insurance fraud. The thesis focuses on the penal and economic concepts. It is also pointed to fight of insurance companies with insurance fraud including prevention. The final part of thesis is practical and there is used the analysis of adjustment process of property and liability claims in business insurance for a concrete subject, which is Kooperativa pojišťovna, a.s., Vienna Insurance Group. There is described a method of adjustment in the subject including the evaluation and comparison of legal regulation with insurance terms of insurance company.
